Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just thought I'd see if there are any Frostmane folks that I might know from my playing days there (October 2005-May 2011), mostly on my handsome dwarf warrior Roygarth. Maybe we could chat it up and talk about old times or something...like when retail WoW was still worth playing.

Frostmane! I played a human paladin named Ericelo up until mid BC. I transferred over from Frostwolf with <War Front> when that exodus occurred early on in Vanilla, then played with <Dragonfiight> in AQ/Naxx. Miss Frostmane PvP of old - seeing Militia/Grovestreet premades, giant AV battles between the bigger guilds, and the gankfest at BRM.

Wasn't the notorious undead mage Amygrant in Tasty Beverage? I remember how much he griefed people while they were on the Isle of Quel'Danas doing Sunwell dailies and whatnot.

No he just trolled in Kinetic i think and a few of his own guilds. Good server brought back some old memories.

We also had Thieve, back when ninja looting was funny

Thieve! Man, that guy had an ego and really had a way of... ahem...presenting himself. He was never boring. I remember at one point he was an assassin for hire and some folks paid him to gank and camp people. He introduced me to actual roleplaying in an MMO environment. Many years ago when I was world PvPing with him in Orgrimmar when he was on his Allliance rogue, he taught me one very important life lesson. He said that one should always quit while he/she is ahead. Once reinforcements start rolling in, don't get cute. It doesn't matter if you gank them 100 times, if they kill you once, they win.

My hunter Yjsein (later named Yjay in wotlk) was on Frostmane. Definitely got memories of Thieve sneaking around IF.
