I realize and respect their policy and it would probably be untenable if they started restoring items for everyone that requested it. I do not expect any special treatment - I am not special.

Nain killing NPC's in westfall shouldn't be bannable because then they would do it to everybody.

Nain was told to stop killing NPCs in Westfall.

Theres dozens of examples of special cases, give this guy his item back
