This probably sounds retarded, but can I go through the normal WoW.exe? Or i have to use the shortcut? Please don't pour shit on my head :D Really new to this option for WoW. Also any idea how to change the resolution for the loading screen? There are black edges when I'm entering my character.

The -console argument on the shortcut is what gives you access to the console in game in order to make these config changes.

Once the changes are made, you do not have to use the shortcut anymore...but theres no harm in doing so =)

Loading screens are letterboxed if your resolution is higher than the resolution of the loading screen. Completely normal.

Not possible. Only way is via an MPQ edit which is a bannable offense in Nostalrius.

no way to increase the ground clutter distance? it looks really bad especially when you're flying over the terrain

That command was not available in Vanilla. I wish it did.
