Dual Wield didn't exist on vanilla, u have to play Enh with 2H wep (axe)

This. And you have to spec for it too, so until you get the weapon skills via Talent, it's one hander and shield.

Not entirely true. The talent unlocks twohanded axes and maces to be used. Staves can be used without the talent, you'll just have to learn them from a weapon trainer.
