Is is possible to transer the Char to the PVE-Server , i'm tired of all those crashes, like 3-4 times we can't log into the server. Those non english speaking guys from China and Russia are also toxic for the community.

What's the status on the PVE-Sever, is it infested as well or more like the PVP-Server when it came out, like a hand full of those guys i mentioned before ?
