I don't know about the functioning of Fiery & Lifestealing on Nostalrius, but they weren't flat proc-rates on retail. They were PPM. 6 PPM for Fiery, 4 PPM for Lifesteal.

Are the replies earlier on this thread saying those enchants are a flat proc rate actually mean it's currently bugged on Nostalrius? Anyone ran some tests?

Does anyone have updated info on this? I have lifestealing on Alcor's but haven't done much number crunching on comparing it to 15agil.

I would also wonder what factors Impale Spec would have (I'm currently Impale spec) - since +15 Agil will give slightly more crit, causing more threat.

Back in retail tne only enchant / chanxe on hit I remember having an internal global cooldown, similar to how WotLK+ functioned for all (TRUE PPM), was Crusader. To avoid having to weapon swap for proc.
