Getting a new Strength of Mugamba

So to start, I am a huge noob who hadn't done ZG in over 10 years. Upon receiving my Strength of Mugamba from Jin'rokh the Breaker I deleted it because it was a green item with no vendor value and i was low on bag space.

Shortly after I realized it is required to upgrade into Rage of Mugamba.

GM's ingame told me to open a bug report and I have had a few people tell me he should give out another one if you lost/deleted your original. Can anyone confirm the mob is supposed to give out a new amulet if you lose your original?

The quest giver now has a yellow ? because i am high enough reputation to upgrade the neck piece, but he requires the original to give me the upgrade.

They wouldn't even respond when I put a ticket in about accidentally selling my teir legs. This seems to be a similar thing, however you can never get another one of these.... GL
