TPS Finkles vs. Shadowblade

Hello fellow tanks,

I am the owner of both http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=12709 (Finkle's Skinner) and http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=2163 (Shadowblade). Can someone please help me with the maths which one has higher TPS?

1.3/1.4 = 0,9285714285714286

Finkles = 7.14% more heroic strikes in a give period of time.

38.9/41.2 = 0,9441747572815534

Finkles = 5.58% more DPS.

I dont know the proc-rate of shadowblade but I doubt it makes up the shortfall of the speed and DPS.
