Fury Leveling Talent Points?

I was wonder how the fury leveling talent points would go, would it be somthing like going up to Impale in the arms tree, then going into fury? Seems like I would be at a disadvantage in pvp if I didn't get the Tactical Mastery talent (the one where you keep rage if you switch stances). Then maybe switch to fury at lvl 40?

It's your choice between Imp. Cleave and Blood Craze.

Going for the Fury tree first and avoiding PvP, but PvP is doable even without tactical masterity, just save bloodrage for when you stanceswitch to zerk and need to intercept.
