Hello,I want to ask how will be rogues after server realease,will they hit ~1400 dmg from evi with no gear,like in retail before?

if you mean that they will oneshot every caster class while using cold blood, the answer is yes

Eviscerate will scale will Attack Power though, unlike on retail at the release, if that was your question.

nope but mages will oneshot POM you for weeks/months until you get enough gear
