Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So I'm not sure if this is a bug or a actual thing but on feenix I can go stealth and pull a mob with my thrown weapon it ONLY that single mob will come? Is that a bug or a actual vanilla mechanic? and if so will Nos fix that?

If you range attack any foe that is close to his friends, the normal outcome would be that of them attacking you. At the same time.

I know on feenix that mobs ai is incredibly broken. Another example: if you get a mob to low health and they "flee" to get help, the mobs they run to don't interact at all.
