It's rupture - ruthlessness bug

It's 100% fail

but eviscerate - ruthlessness is good

I've never seen this problem in emerald dream server

so 1.12.1 client is normal

Is it possible to fix ?

Rupture works totally fine with ruthlessness. Nothing there, that needs fixing.
