Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Anybody have much info on this yet? I'm using a combat spec with it right now but not sure what its best with haven't seen many posts about. I've seen a few proc rates thrown out there and it's def higher than 2%. Just lookin for any help. What's best offhand with it, best spec, should stack more hit with it?, etc.. Anything helps thanks!!
