NE Shadowmeld & Stealth

Just wondering to what extent the effectiveness of Shadowmeld's passive bonus effect on stealth is? It says that shadowmeld increases the effectiveness of night elf druid and rogues' stealth.

Shadowmeld while stealthed, and you are harder to detect (enemies must be closer to you to see you than before.) Probably similar to vanish's power.

shadowmeld doesnt increase rogue/Druid stealth power, you totally misunderstood it, what it says is that the effect of ROG/DRUID shadowmeld is better than for example priest´s shadowmeld.

You are incorrect.

Shadowmeld effectively increases stealth for rogues and druids one level. The same as having 1 talent point in Master of Deception.

"Night Elf Rogues and Druids with Shadowmeld are more difficult to detect while stealthed or prowling"

You can see it in the spell data. The bonus is slightly less than two points in MoD.

Shadowmeld is worth 5 skill in stealth and MoD (Rank 2) is worth 6 points.

Can't argue with the facts. Good to have this cleared up.
