The azure key bug?

just finished Encoded Fragments on my rogue, and archmage didn't offer me "The Azure Key" anyone else have this issue? im level 50 and the internet shows 50 is the requirement, plus archmage doesn't have the greyed out ! that would indicate a quest is available in a level or so.
edit: this looks like its a known issue,

Can you at least disable the entire chain untill this is fully implemented? Prevents people wasting time....

guildies are saying the chain reset, but mine still seems to be stuck.

Many people complained about this situation , it is not only about rogue quest also other classes.
I am also like you stuck at last part .Since there is no any hot fixes in nostalrius we have to wait untill next patch I think.

FYI this is implemented now and you can complete to get your Ebon Mask.
