Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I just noticed I'm at 100/120 lockpicking right now, yet I can't seem to find any trainers or any information on it. Do I need to train a new tier of lockpicking or does it automatically scale as I go?

From each level you get 5 skillcaped up to 300 at lvl 60.

So if you have 120 skillcap you are lvl 25
