Extra Swings, HoJ, Ironfoe, Thrash and Sword Spec Q's

Currently repping an Ironfoe in MH and Thrash Blade in OH and a soon to be HoJ.

Considering speccing Sword Specialization but need some answers to some questions first more so particularly as to how this server handles this, everything else I have read was from other private servers.

1. Do all extra swings from HoJ, Ironfoe, Thrash and SS trigger an extra MH swing?

2. Will SS proc from the Thrash in the OH result in a MH swing with the Ironfoe?

3. Can any of these proc off each others procs? or off poisons?

4. Do all these extra swing procs share an internal cooldown counter?

5. Is Ironfoe any good for pre-raid gear as a rogue?

The following is how it's supposed to work, and even though I haven't tested myself every single point (some of them though), every thing is working as intended :

3. Yes ; No (they can't proc from poisons, but poison can proc from them)
4. No
5. Yes
