PvE-DPS tree using Imp Sap?

If one wanted to keep 3/3 Improved Sap to provide CC for your team, how would you allocate your other talents to allow for that to happen as well as producing an adequate amount of damage?

I am very unfamiliar with rogue having played them only sparsely and only during lowbie stages so I'd be interested in reading any ideas you'd like to suggest here.

Maybe?
Figured shorter cd on blind can add in to a CC-oriented build, and quicker vanish so you can use it for a 2nd opener midfight more often.

or you can go like THIS and ignore anyone asking for improved sap...
on a sidenote if you really really wanted to have improved sap for dungeons randomly it would look like THIS or like THIS if you got the gear for it
2 important factors there:
-if u have 18 points in subtlety get hemo...
-get relentless at all cost...

I know the first tree, but the idea of the thread is to get Improved Sap as part of it.

Thank you for the other ones. Could I trouble you by asking why about the 2 factors? Not doubting you, just interested in learning.

hemo requires 20 other talents in sub -> 17/20 (85%) are useless past the opener on the boss / mob presuming ur specing swords so ur essentially wasting 17 points to get hemo...
hemo is also an instant that is not normalized (uses weapon speed as atk power multiplier and not the normalized weapon speed which is 2.5 iirc for swords/maces/fists) and costs only 35 energy (5 down from improved SS) making it the best instant rogue can get... so if you are already 18 points deep into sub then you should just get it...

now for relentless strikes...
only using 1 finisher every 30 sec (snd as daggers every 30 seconds) which is the worst case scenario for the talent gives the following math: 25 energy per 30 sec = 50 energy per min... compared to AR which is 160 energy per 5 min on "looong fights" so 32 energy per minute u can see how relentless really kicks ass compared to AR on a 5 min fight...
