The less health you have when you activate it, the faster you attack. At full healtg its 10% attack spees and at low health it's 25%

Only a troll can be a true assassin

They have warpaints and cool hair ^^
They can easily stealth with their feet, they have the best accent in the game
and they collect SCALPS
