This guy ''Nagelfar'' Doesnt give shit about the list. Im the 19th on the list and before him, but he says ''ive been here since yesterday and if you dont let me kill it before you i will despawn it'' He also claims that ''we dont need to follow it'' (the list). Stupid faggot.

Well, all I can say that he deserves to be put on KoS list and absolutely does not deserve to complete the quest at all.
