Secondly it's about having respect for one another, respect the list and people to do a proper attempt, the second one despawns the demon knowingly there should be some GM involvement since this is serious grieving.
That would be silly if it was just if the hunter dies. A hunter can feign constantly and get infinite attempts if that rule were followed to the letter. I think it depends on the situation, like if someone is interfering and they have to feign, another shot is warranted.
I agree that GM involvement when demons are purposefully despawned is a good idea. It's a better idea than changing the respawn timers, I'd say, partially because changing the respawn timers would be kinda violating the whole blizzlike thing, and partially because purposefully despawning demons does grief every hunter present. I'm in no position to make any educated guesses on what sort of GM involvement would be ideal, but I think that if it's proven that a person is griefing through screenshots or chat logs or combat logs or whatever, where griefing is purposefully despawning the demon even once, or possibly cutting in line or attacking other hunters on the quest and on the demon despite being warned not to, SOMETHING should be done.
