LF casual guild that raids.

I have experience up through Naxx60 on retail vanilla. Looking for a casual, laid back guild of all levels to grow with and raid with. Being an adult with work and homelife responisibilities i woud prefer one that does not have a mandatory raid attendance, or failing that, one with an active second or alt run that I could be a part of.
I would prefer an adult guild with no filter (nothing disgusting or racist, but the occasional "blue" chat or blonde joke should be nothing to get offended over)
I would prefer NA as well, but that is not set in stone as long as English is spoken.
The classes I tend to play are Warlock and Rogue, with endgame experience on both. Warlock up to naxx60 Kel, Rogue up to AQ40.
Currently level 20 and growing!
