*Edit 3/7 - Removed 'PvE' from title to avoid server confusion. Added links for older patch content gear lists 1.3 and 1.5 (thanks Soulxlock & Guybrush)

Relatively new to this thread, a lot of the pre-BiS stuff requires Zul'Gurub gear? Dont you need to do MC before ZG? Plus I found a bunch of different spreadsheets telling me different things, would like some clarification.

About farming Mara as a warlock:
- How gear dependent is it? Or can you do it with good blues but just slower?
- Are there any professions that will increase the gold per hour earned? I know there are a few Mithril veins on the route. But what about herbalism or enchanting?
