Those quests are not in the game yet because it's supposed to be pre patch 1.4
I'm not sure when they will be added, but probably when DM is released. The mount and infernal quest is not in the game either yet.

So I actually did the enchanted gold blood robe and........... it wont let me complete the second to last quest. I have the gold thread, the smoldering coal, and a soul shard, but it won't let me turn in the quest to menara. any help with this?

Have ya tried abandoning the quest and accepting it again? That usually works.

Excellent guide! Quest: Knowledge of the Orb of Orahil is listed as level 35, but it did not show up for me until 40.
