I'd take primal fury over blood frenzy. I was never rage starved in low level instances.

To Nobbynobs - I like your bear druid build, but I would suggest dropping feline swiftness in favor of improved enrage. This will help you much more as you'll be spending most of your time in bear form.

If i'm going to be nitpicky, i would even suggest dropping naute's focus entirely, capping off thick hide at 5/5, and use the remaining 3 points for 3/3 natural shapeshifter so you can effectively heal / root / travel form / bear form without going OOM.
