What happened with bear form critical strikes after 1.8?
Do you mean that
1) the bear form threat multiplier is the same on normal hits and on crits, and that makes crits insane.
or
2) the bear form threat multiplier is higher for crits?
PS: the linked talent tree has thick hide, and doesn't match your description, I don't think you linked the intended tree.
