Yeah, it's a huge bummer and ruins the item.

For DPS, even at 60, no matter what your gear level, it's BIS (when used correctly with powershifting and furor) IMO the item level is irrelevant, because giving 20 energy upon shifting scales indefinitely.

Seems like "no hype - no fix" =( It's very easy bug to fix, but looks like stuff don't know about it. We need to whine more, and may be they will fix it. IMHO =)
