I also noticed this, and that Bash share gcd with spells, I don't remember this being the case in vanilla tbh.. I remember bashing and going out of the form to start healing immediately, but that doesn't seem to be the case here, is it something that have been overlooked by Nostalrius devs? or was it like this in this version? I think I'm gonna see if I find any of the old pvp movies and check. But Can't right now.

Bash was never off the GCD in vanilla. I think that changed in WotLK when it became an interrupt.
