Hmm I'm not sure that they are supposed to so that may be a bug.

I just threw a rugged armor kit on my Animist's Leggings, and it's only a 40 armor increase in bear form. That's the correct behavior from retail. Nickomite says that they scale with the 180%, so possibly it's a bug in the non-dire, pre-40 bear form.

I also double-checked the +70 armor cloak enchant, and it doesn't scale with dire bear form either.

Armor Enchants and Armor Buffs like Crystal Ward, do not count towards the 180% and are not supposed to do so. You get your 1x k of armor, plus the enchants and buffs on top.

+Armor enchants do not get the bear form bonus on Nostalrius, nor should they. I checked this a very long time ago using a cloak enchant and an armor kit.

Crazy gear you got there Im very close to having the exact same gear but still need chest and cloak to drop. But then again I cant get Mark of Tyranny since server bugged so when I picked Mark it gave me the spell crit one :/
