Dartol's Rod

Hey guys, can I get a response from a GM on this?

Being a druid, I often spend time in forms. I regularly use Dartol's Rod before going into a form, so that I can keep my humanoid form. Is this legal? I've been doing it for some time, but what with Finalflash getting banned, I'm not sure if it was because he also used this technique, or for another reason.

If it's not legal, is it only in PvP? Or am I fine using it in PvE? (not that I can see why it would be illegal at all. it's not a bug, nor advantageous. it just makes me look cool and stops my camera from being really low down to the ground)

Another bug exists with Dartol's Rod, which I won't put here. I don't know if it's fixed, but I'd advise you not to use Dartol's at all in PvE for now, due to the exploit this bug can lead to.

I've been using Dartol's in PvE a lot. Not noticed any exploits with that.

Does anyone know if this is allowed or not?
If no one knows, how can I contact a GM/mod/something about it? I could make an in-game ticket but isn't that more for emergencies?
