Ehh, i guess it has some stuff for Pre raid up for grabs.

I made sure that every slot has at least one item that can be obtained in either a dungeon or on the auction house. It's up to you to do some research and figure out what will be most possible for you to obtain. Also a tip - feral druid pre raid means entirely different things if you are wanting to tank or dps. Warden staff and Tattered Leather Hood really don't go together so I have no idea what your focus is. It seems to be tanking but if you'll look you'll see Bone Ring Helm from Scholo is still bis (except for rank 13) and it is not from a raid.

Eh, that was more a list to *start* tanking, like instance at 60..

Since i never tanked with a druid before i just wanted to prepare enough to not give healers a heartattack.

i would go with :

shadowcraft cap ( scholo )

golden mantle of the dawn

sergeants cloak or cloak of warding

bloodthirst breastplate : pristine hide of the beast

malefic bracers can get swapped with more agi / more threat bracers

slaghide gauntlets of the Monkey ( LBRS urok : took me 42 runs , but its worth it )

lava belt ( epic LW craft ) if no gold , forstbite gridle or cloudrunner

shadowcraft pants ( baron strat UD)

ashcovered boots ( from magister in Strat live) i prefer the agi at this

ring of protection ( battle for darrowshire )

thrall's resolve ( safe princess quest chain in BRD ) horde

Mark of tyranny from Ony QuestChain ( if you took 2% melee or spellcrit : you wont be a good feral tank ever )

smoking heart of the mountain ( enchanting 265 BoP item )

Wardenstaff

shadowcraft cap / pants do grant the 200 extra armor and got some good threat on top of it

you can take the tattered leather hood and balltemaster's leggings for hit

also PvP reputation items are great , all AB leather items are great , wsg exalted Bracers are really strong

getting r10 Head and r8 Chest is a minor upgrade , any other pvp items besides r13 are rather useless

for dps :

Neck: Verek's Collar or Sentinel's Medallion or Medallion of Grand Marshal Morris
Shoulders: Atal'ai spaulders of the Monkey(BiS)
Back: Cloak of Warding(BiS)
Chest: Knight-captains Dragonhide or Shadowcraft or Warbear Harness
Wrists: Malefic Bracers or Shadowcraft or Abyssal Leather Bracers of Striking or Blackmist Armguards
Hands: Slaghide Gauntlets of the Monkey(BiS)
Belt: Cloudrunner Girdle or Frostbite Girdle
Legs: Warstrife Leggings(BiS)
Boots: Ash Covered Boots(BiS)
Ring1: Ring of Protection(BiS)
Ring2: Band of the Great Tortoise or Archaedic Stone of the Monkey / Of Stamina
Trinket1: Mark of Tyranny(BiS)
Trinket2: Smoking Heart of the Montain(BiS) or Vigilance Charm or Force of Will
Weapon: Warden Staff(BiS) or Unyielding Maul

Where it doesn't say BiS it's a whitewash and situational. On some encounters having more stamina is better, on others having more avoidance. If you're going to wear shadowcraft, make sure you wear 2 pieces for the armor setbonus.

Some pieces of the Knight-captains set is pretty good for tanking because it has high armor and decent stats.
