Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hi everyone!

I want to make a fun pvp based 20-29 bracket druid and wanted to know what the best spec would be for this purpose.

I would really enjoy making a balance druid as opposed to a feral druid, but if feral is simply much better at PvP in this bracket then so be it. I think I can figure gear out, I would just like opinions on talent specs. With only 19 points it probably wont make a huge difference but I appreciate any help the forums are willing to offer!

Balance and resto don't really get any boost from talents (especially for pvp) at 29. On the other hand, you can have feral charge, feline swiftness, nature's grasp, and -20% shapeshifting cost which is absolutely huge for 20-29 WSG, where the only other people with speed enhancing effects are hunters and shaman (and rogues, once every 5 minutes).
