Impr. Thorns/MotW Bugged?

I specced into improved mark of the wild and thorns, however, Thorns buff shows a 10 minute (instead of 15 minutes) timer and only 16 damage when buffed on me. Curse over on the spell says it should be 32 damage.

Mark of the Wild buff on me doesn't show the increased stats with a curse over on the buff as it should but when I look at my character stats it seems to have the correct resistance buff of 27 instead of 20.

I was working fine the day I respecced into these talents but the next day it doesnt seem to be showing the correct values/timers on the buffs.

Is this a known issue? Is there a way to fix this?

That's how it worked in vanilla. It won't show in the tooltip for the buff icon on your character. Improved thorns doesn't increase the duration of the buff.

The ability tooltips(the ones on the actionbar & spellbook) gets updated with talents.
The Buff tooltips(the ones between the minimap) don't get updated from talents.

15 minutes thorn duration comes from the Cenarion (T1) 3-set bonus. It also adds 4 dmg to thorns.
