Shaman water totem quest

Yeah I just ran into this and I'm extremely frustrated. Don't know if there's been an official fix yet.

Isn't there a troll NPC right next to the area that can give you another one?

Doing this quest myself remember having to wait for a while before the swirling animation activated and the npc spawned in.

Failing that i did know of an easy fix that used to work if you still need sapta vision. Pickup the call of earth quest offered to the other race. For example you can pickup an earth sapta from Seer Ravenfeather in Mulgore if you're an orc or from Canaga Earthcaller if you are a tauren. You can then use the earth sapta to gain the sapta vision necessary.

Had this issue myself today, I solved it by dropping a Fire Nova Totem around until it hit the invisible elemental and then I could see it and kill it without needing another Sapta.

Level 60, still no water totem. Quest bugged on me, I would like a GM or someone to give me one for my toubles
