Windfury Weapon Melee Attack Power

Was wondering if windfury weapon not adding the extra Attack Power was fixed.

At lvl 60 its 566 extra AP, some shaman were telling me it is not adding the extra AP and they are simply getting their extra hits when WF procs, but without the extra melee AP buff.

Naw, it's cool. My first hit does like 68 dmg and the two extra does like 100 dmg.

Oh I guess I should add that this was on the pve server so maybe it's a patch version thing.
