works fine on me... not AS GOOD as it should, but still better than any other preraid weapon.

from what i understand it might not proc off of things like hamstring, or other instants, but it should.

-On-next-swing abilities will no longer cause multiple weapon procs on a single swing.

This also apply for Ironfoe,HoJ,Windfury and Reckoning, Warrior Talents (swords) etc . Sooner or later this bug will be reported.
