elemental shaman pvp builds

So, I need some advice about good pvp build for ele shammy.

I think this build will be effectively with nice spell damage gear:

I focused on mana and survive talents, what do you think about this build?

In pvp, having reduced mana cost is not necessarily important because the fights should not last long enough anyway. In lieu of convection I take the increased earthbind radius which is good if it works, shock cooldown reduction which is always good and fire nova totem which is very good. People know how to totem stomp and having reduced cast time is very good to make sure fire nova totem goes off. In restoration I take the mana reduction SIMPLY because I never am in a position where I use healing wave over lesser healing wave.
