Improved Ghost Wolf talent

Just a quick question about the Improved Ghost Wolf talent in the enhance tree.

I'm currently 2/2 in the Imp. Ghost Wolf talent, so isn't that supposed to make my Ghost Wolf cast time instant? Its currently at 1second cast time even with 2 points into the talent. Am I going crazy?

Ghost Wolf casting time: 3 seconds.

1 point in Imp Ghost Wolf reduces the casting time by 1 second.
2 points in Imp Ghost Wolf reduces the casting time by 2 second2.

3 - 2 = 1.

1 second of casting time seems the logical outcome does it not?

Ghost wolf was reduced to 2 seconds cast time in TBC so the 2/2 to Improved Ghost Wolf made it instant cast. However in Vanilla, the cast time is 3 seconds. If you want instant Ghost Wolf, you'll have to use Nature's Swiftness.
