Tbh the build that I showed earlier is pretty bad because a leveling Shaman has little spell crit. But if you want to take it then get Imp Ghost Wolf asap and then build into elemental.

A better leveling spec is either of these 2:

If you use a 2H you take Ancestral Knowledge instead of Shield Specialization. The enh/ele kills stuff faster but the enh/resto makes it so you can go on for longer without having to rest as often. Either way, go 31 into Enhancement first.
