Water Walking not working with Ghost Wolf

As the title says... I can't run on water in Ghost Wolf with the Water Walking buff. Anyone else?

Same , also rockbitter used to proc flametongue (not sure if it still does ) and pathing is not perfect as I sometimes do not receive buff from totems even on flat surfaces I guess due to LoS problems. Which is especially annoying when using grounding totem.
