If want more avoidance, this has less stam, but provides dodge.
Onyxia Blood Talisman

Equip: Restores 7 health per 5 sec.

This provides avoidance and def if your needing more of both.
The Face of Death
3494 Armor

Equip: Increases your chance to block attacks with a shield by 3%.
Equip: Increases the block value of your shield by 21.

Enchant Shield - Lesser Block - Permanently enchants a shield to give +2% chance to block.

Better block value then Blessed Qiraji Bulwark, however lacks def.
Enchant Shield - Greater Stamina - Permanently enchant a shield to give +7 Stamina.

Suggested Alternative.
Libram of Fervor
Equip: Increases the melee attack power bonus of your Seal of the Crusader by 48 and the Holy damage increase of your Judgement of the Crusader by 33.

Just to assist you there m8 here is what you may fix for proper tank.

from your gear - i would choose
Cloak - dm north for def cap so i don't eat criticals > epic one.
Wrist - Dm west for def cap > others
Finger - Argent dawn > Steadfast > Naglering
Weapon - Sageblade for everything (our agro is not only consecration but sor maintarget too) (using only for consecration is bad agro)
Libram - Libram of Fervor > everything
Trinket - Onyxia (you forgot that one) > Force of will > stormpike > others.


Enchants

Head/Legs - constitution > everything else.
Chest - 4 to all stats > 100 hp
Gloves - Leatherworking core kit with Def > Agility > everything else.
Weapon - Spell damage > everything else


Consumes :
Mandatory - Brilliant Wizard Oil , Greater Arcane Elixir = For more threat.
Mandatory - Major Mana Potion , Demonic Rune = For mana surviving and ofc more threat.
Mandatory - Flask of the Titans , Greater Fire Protection Potion , Greater Stoneshield Potion for surviving.

Recommend - Dirge food or any other stamina food , Gordok Green Grog , Elixir of Brute Force , Elixir of Fortitude .

Optional - Everything else that exist :D Good luck i hope you enjoy.

With this gear rotation and ench to fix which i mention calculate your def rating and stats.
If you lack few def until cap you can use on 4 pieces of items +3 Def from Leatherwork = 12 Def bonus.
Def cap tank > everything.

Consecration is scaling with Attack Power here on Nostalrius atm Duki - if/whether it will be switched to scale with Spell Power is anyone's guess at this point so I have found using Consecration with Seal of the Crusader best bet - especially if you use Judgement of Wisdom on the target.

Seeing as the server is currently following patch 1.3/1.4 itemization, this type of change would be a long way off as we have no Plate gear with +Spell Damage atm. If the devs here are looking to follow the Retail Vanilla schedule for releasing content, this would not take place until Patch 1.9 and AQ40 is released here as that was when the Paladin talents and all Tier 2 armor sets/bonuses were reallocated with new stats/bonuses.

Pretty much the same Talent build I posted above, but mine just uses Imp SoR for the bonus. 5/5 int is nice and this build could be used as well as many others. Thanks for the info, it's nice to see people giving extra input :)

What Onyxia trinket do you mean? the one for raiding? I didn't post any raid items since this would be before they raided.
The items you suggested were 1/3 that I listed, the guide lists items to play around with, mix-n-match. Depending on what gear they already have gives them an idea of what to mix it with, I didn't make #1 best, #2 best for that very reason. I let the player decide what works for them, not tell them what is best because i said so.

If we are going to do opinions, make sure we got the facts from what is working/not working on this server. Thanks for the consumables links, I didn't post them mainly because this was a gear guide, not a tank guide. "Someone" else was already working on that ;)

I think it has Mp5 currently on Nostalrius with the 1.3/1.4 itemization, but I could be wrong - either way though, that's only one slot piece if it does in fact have +Spell dmg in this version.

well i am not yet much in server so i can't see the out of date things >.< the ideas i post was for high end such as aq40 - naxx patch . (consumes and gearwise) .

It has SP, the one your thinking is the plate chest from Alzzinn in DM East.
