Judgement set update ?

Looking at
http://vanilla-wow.wikia.com/wiki/Judgement_Armor
i see that the set gives a boost to damage and healing spells, while on Nostalrius it boosts only healing.

When will they upgrade the set , so it can be used in a shockadin spell damage build ?
