Hi and anyone know how does this passive skill work?Increases shield absorb damage by a further 30%dmg?Like does it give shield more armour or something?An example also in numbers would be great!

increase the block damage income by 30% .

For example if you block damage with your shield by 50 , it will block something around 65-70 .

well the idea you have is kinda pretty much the same thing. Armor reduces damage, which is what the shield does, but instead of giving it armor, it increased whatever your currently block is.. by 30%.
So no, not armor, just block.

Block Rating is the chance to "block"

Block Value is the chance to block "amount of damage"

Shield Specialization increase the chance to block "amount of damage" by extra 30%.
