you know what in peenix happen with such crazy combination ?

it's not scaling at 43% of spell dmg like it did for about a month back on Peenix - here on Nostalrius it's roughly 10-12%

Is there any at all that have tried this build/gear spec and can provide some results?

I'm finishing collecting the set, and once I finish, I will run a ZG with as close to BiS as I can get with consumables just to push the DPS capabilities. I'll update the OP with raidstats once I have done this.

As for DFT, rest easy. I blanked on the Cenarion Circle Friendly cloak with 15 Agility and 1% Hit, which would actually remove DFT from BiS and include Earthweave Cloak over Cloak of the Devoured and Prestor's Talisman of Connivery over Choker of the Fire Lord.

You can, however, now write a sob story over Prestor's.

Anyway, Saphael put together a 1hand Spell Dmg guide back on Peenix - he didn't use Fiery Retributer though but he was able to put up some good DPS:

The other thing that would need to be tested out with this setup is which Seal would provide greater overall DPS:

Seal of Righteousness or Seal of the Crusader

Seeing as SoR doesn't increase our chance to keep up Vengeance but SotC does with the 40% melee haste plus its +AP bonus would also boost not only white attacks but also Consecration as well.

Not to mention, 40% melee haste would also cause Fiery Retributer and the gloves to proc 40% faster as well and since you wouldn't judge it every 8 seconds, it would be less mana intensive as well.
