Vanilla and TBC and Wotlk SoC could be Partial Resist according the rule of "Level Difference" and have 33% chance to 25% damage resist , 11% chance to 50% damage resist , 2% chance to 75% damage resist.

Full Resist should never do according to Blizzard Resistance Rules .

The first check if you don't have melee hit will do only dodge/parry/miss.

I don't recommend you Kronoss due to many gamebreaking Bugs

I don't recommend you Crestfall because their plan is to allow "Holy Resistance" with items that have "All Resistance" and Bosses like Chromaggus denying official Retail Videos Evidence and Blizzard Official statement.

That's what we said, it should be 0 everywhere.

Level difference rule is for everything including "Physical" using "Glancing Blows" .

So Talking normal Resistance Versus "Level damage reduction" (Non Binary) are 2 different story's .
That is the reason why you have "Level Scaling Resistance" and "Non existent (everywhere 0) Holy Resistance" .

That is the reason why "Level Resistance does not count and should not count with Binary Spell and only work with Non Binary Spells"

But really what is difference between meanings : Existent Resistance and Scaling Resistance....
