Okay, I've made an attempt at updating the list with what we have now, the full BiS has a grand total of 4 items that are uncommon quality world drops, welcome to vanilla!

Is there any way you still have the BIS list for raids (before the world drop changes) saved? I had already saved the preraid BIS list so I could easily do a check list but I cannot see myself getting the pure frost damage items. If not that's ok but thanks for this list btw it's amazing.

Don t think it makes big sense to get those only + spell/frost dmg greens vs a helm with 40 int at all...with that you maybe do a bit more dmg, but be OOM very fast.

40 int equals 600 mana which will make you able to cast an additional 2-3 frostbolts before you go oom, this means you go oom 5-7,5 seconds faster without those 40 int. If you are facing an encounter where that is the difference between you going oom and you not going oom, go for the 40 int. You're going to have to apply some common sense where its needed.

The only fight where I am forced to evocate (and then only for one tick) is ragnaros, and my guilds kill time is far from the ideal kill time against ragnaros. I see no reason to at this moment take +mana on gear into account on the BiS list.

It seems like if Nostalrius kept the stock values from mangos, theres a tiny 0.1% chance for a couple of rings and necks to come with 23 / 24 frost damage.

If we'd then combine your "of frozen wrath" findings and compare it to what else is out there ...

I remember there being +21 wands, making Cold snap not BiS.

And if the findings are correct r12 gloves are no longer BiS.

Therefor not counting these, it'd be:

I found ingame proof that the archivist cloak can roll +21 suffixes today, so I added that, If you find further proof for the items currently not on the list such as the wand, post them here and I will edit the list.

I've also seen world drop gloves with +29, awaiting any change there until I see a pair higher than 30.

Is there way to track "of Frozen Wrath" items on auction? It looks impossible to check every fuckin item from mangos item-list that was posted above. By default, in-game auction search will show you Magus Long Staff of Frozen Wrath if u type "Magus Long" in search field but will show nothing if u type "of Frozen Wrath" instead.

Any tips/addons?

And sure u should to add another BiS chest that dont require specific profession. Freezing Lich Robes from Ras(Scholo) as BiS and Robe of Winter Night(craft) as honorable mention.

Has anyone actually SEEN any "of frozen wrath" items in game? I can't find any in my Loot Link, for example.
