These are the items (upgrades) I suspect will come into play in the upcoming patch, but we can't know for sure if all of the items will be in / other items will be in (such as the bg rep rewards implemented in 1.6 and 1.7).

It's possible some dungeon gear will be implemented (like Crimson Felt Hat), but the real BiS stuff like Diana's pearl necklace and the Scepter of Interminable Focus wont be available.

The most likely offhand to wear with your mageblade will be the Spirit of Aquementas. This is all I have right now.

EDIT: with the AV items out, Tome of the Ice Lord + Azuresong Mageblade will be the king.

Ugh, I had forgotten how frustrating it is to have PvE BiS only available from PvP - which I detest.

I've made a first attempt to update the list with the information we currently have, please bring me any questions and finds you've got, I'm gonna try to update the secondary list of good items available when I've time, and possibly try to work on a pre-raid BiS list now when it's actually relevant.
