Known bugged/not working mage talents?

Hey guys, new to the forums. I've done some searching and other than impact being buggy are there any other mage talents that don't work, or are bugged? I was told there was a post somewhere on the forums of all the classes known talent bugs but can't seem to find it. Any help would be appreciated!

All frost talents are working, I've heard improved dampen magic in the arcane tree might not be working 100%, but I have not done any research on it, since it's not a talent I'm interested in ever picking. Other than that I think the arcane is all correct. Nobody has started doing serious fire mage pve raiding yet so it's possible someone will find some bug among those talents when more use them, but I doubt it. Impact is about it.

Combustion is completely broken right now. Never comes off cooldown.

Yep please fix impact already its been months..

When ever you Iceblock Impact stops working at all, like 100% never procs.
