How do you search for an item like that? do you need the item id or how do you do it?

Pretty much, search for the item on for example db.vanillagaming, lets say you search for the legendary neck. The url will look like this: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=17782.
The number "17782" is the item ID and will be the same on any database out there. Add that instead of 18808 and you will end up here: http://realmplayers.com/ItemUsageInfo.a ... item=17782
