What I understand is that when you spec into Impact it gives you a passive aura in your debuffs that you cannot see. The only way i hear that this can be removed is if you spec into Iceblock and use it. Therefore; removing your debuffs and Impact I could be wrong, try checking the bug tracker on this issue.

If that's true, then wouldn't the fix be as simple as adding an exception to ice block's cleared debuffs to not clear the passive "impact aura"? Because it makes sense, ice block clears all debuffs, even stuff like the Baron Rivendare timer debuff from Strat undead side.
